 I am working in the international gaming and casino industry for more than 30 years, about 19 years in management. I have experience in Live Casino Games (all major games), Slots/VLTs and Sports Betting. I started my career as a dealer in 1991, and then I worked at all levels: table supervisor, Pit Boss, Shift Manager, Casino Manager and General Manager.

 

2010-Present

 I am part of the start-up team of the VLT business and the start-up of the “Wincity” concept (electronic casino with VLTs, Slots, sports betting, virtual races, bar and restaurant) in Italy.
As a unit Manager (venue Sisal Wincity Torino), I am responsible for all casino activities, like the operation of the casino floor, maintenance, cash count, analysis and revenue reporting. Developed marketing strategies to achieve performance goals. Ensured compliance with state gaming regulations. Developed and administered operating policies and procedures, improved revenue reporting procedures, increasing efficiencies.
The venue produces one of the highest Gross Gaming Revenue and EBITDA in Italy.

Key responsibilities:
To organize and control of the opening, operating and closing the casino. To monitor the procedures and the performance of Live Game and Slots. Procedure development, monthly staff schedules for all departments, create and deliver performance evaluations for employees at all levels etc. 
I am proud of our record yearly drop and GGR during my stay, in the history of the casino. Unfortunately,

Responsibilities: As the number two (sometimes the number one) of the casino, I was responsible for the general operation of the company in all aspects.

Day-to-day running of the casino, supervision of staff, balance the safe, cash desk, foreign exchange and report the results to the directors. End of month stock check and customer movement report. Monthly meeting with other managers, GM and Directors to review the operation and marketing. Was also responsible to organize the shifts of the employees.  Permanent staff training (gaming and customer service).
